Submit
A member takes their work as far as Needs approval. That is the end of the road for them — the next column is not theirs to reach.
A tracker built around a single rule, and built so the rule cannot be walked around. Members submit. Leads approve. Admins run the team. Every step lands in an activity log you can hand to someone who asks.

The one rule
A member takes their work as far as Needs approval. That is the end of the road for them — the next column is not theirs to reach.
A lead opens it, checks it against what was asked, and approves — or sends it back with a reason attached to the task.
Only then does it land in Done, stamped with who approved it and when. The server enforces it, not the interface.
What is in the box
Done is reachable from Needs approval and nowhere else, by a lead or admin and nobody else. Checked on the server on every transition.
Presence, voice and video over a peer mesh. The server passes signalling and never touches your media.
Show a teammate the problem, or hand them the pointer. Every grant is explicit, time-boxed and revocable mid-session.
Plan in weeks, rank by drag, and watch the roadmap redraw itself as goals move. No spreadsheet round-trip.
Shared secrets are wrapped in AES-256-GCM, revealed one at a time, and every reveal is written to the log.
Sign-ins, approvals, screen sessions, password reveals. Who, what, when — kept whether or not anyone is watching.
